Terms & Conditions

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "Service" means the website at loopcraftx.pro and all learning programmes offered by Loopcraft.
• "User" / "you" means any person who accesses the website or enrols in a programme.
• "We" / "us" / "Loopcraft" means the operator of this website and its programmes.
• "Content" means course materials, text, images, code samples, exercises, and any other material made available through the Service.
• "Enrolment" means a confirmed registration in a paid learning track.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Loopcraft provides online AI and coding education through three learning tracks available in Thailand:

• Coding & AI Basics — introductory Python and AI concepts (฿3,500)
• ML Practice Track — applied machine-learning projects (฿14,500)
• Mentored Iteration Program — deeper development with mentoring (฿31,000)

All programmes are delivered online. We aim to keep the Service available at all reasonable times but cannot warrant uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice.

Where a learner account is created:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You must not share your account with any other person
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or making enquiries
• Use course materials for personal learning purposes only
• Treat other participants and staff with respect in any community or group setting
• Not copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials without prior written permission
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or any connected systems
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All Content on the Service — including course materials, written lessons, code examples, exercises, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Loopcraft and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal learning. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish Content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our Content
• Transfer or sublicense your access to any third party

Work you produce independently during the programme (projects, code you write yourself) remains your own intellectual property.

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment is required before access to programme materials is granted
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the enrolment process
• Refunds: requests made within 7 days of payment and before accessing more than 10% of the course materials will be considered for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available except where required by Thai consumer protection law
• Prices may change for future enrolments; existing enrolled learners are not affected by price increases during their programme

• Enrolment is personal and non-transferable
• Completion of programme requirements is the learner's responsibility
• Where mentoring sessions are included, scheduling is subject to mentor availability; reasonable notice is required for rescheduling
• Academic integrity is expected; submitting others' work as your own is not permitted
• We do not issue formal academic qualifications; any completion recognition is for personal portfolio purposes only

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about:

• Specific outcomes you may achieve from completing a programme
• Employment, income, or career results following participation
• The suitability of course content for any particular professional purpose

Our courses are educational in nature. They are not professional consultancy, legal, financial, or technical advisory services.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent enrolment
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party infrastructure, natural events, or government actions

You agree to indemnify Loopcraft and its staff against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Service.

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach
• On termination, your licence to access Content ends immediately
• Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute:

1. You should contact us at [email protected] first, and we will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days
2. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed mediator
3. If mediation is unsuccessful, the courts of Maha Sarakham Province, Thailand, shall have jurisdiction

• Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Loopcraft regarding the Service
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so in future
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent
• Notices: Formal notices to us should be sent to [email protected]

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes become effective when posted. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
